Located on the Texas Gulf Coast, within the Palmilla Beach Resort community, this four-story legacy home towers over the adjacent golf course and sand dunes to capture views of the Gulf of Mexico. Designed to function like a small hotel, sleeping 22 people, concrete slabs were poured at each floor to isolate noise transfer from level to level. The home maximizes outdoor space with a series of balconies, a courtyard and a backyard plunge pool, hot tub and outdoor wood burning fireplace.
